What's the significance of your tattoo's? What inspired you to get them?

As of right now I have eleven tattoos. I searched around and found photos of some of them.

I have a set of tiger lilies on my chest. (There's no real story behind them, just pretty..favorite flower.)

I'm working on a 3/4 length sleeve on my left arm. Right now it consists of three pieces. To make a longish story shorter it has to do with my fascination with the sea, ships, and the idea of captains sinking with their ships.

I have a tattoo in remembrance of my dad who passed away on my right shoulder. Just the typical heart with a banner. This was my first tattoo.

"La Foret" on the back of my right bicep (Xiu Xiu album)

"Melissa" on the inside of my left wrist. (My sister, who I love so dearly.)

"Marjory" on the other wrist. (Gotta show love for my grandma, even though she hates my tattoos.)

"Andrew" on my right ring finger. (My love, fiance, and best friend. He has a diamond and a "C" for me.)

A set of diamonds on my hips. (My little secret as no one really sees them.)

Four bullets on my left foot. (Up the punx. Yeah, don't ask, cause I couldn't tell ya.)

OH. And I have a little tiny heart on the inside of my left ankle that I did with a syringe and ink. (Safe, I know.)

THERE'S TOO MUCH ME ME ME IN THIS POST. MAKE ME FEEL BETTER, TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT YOU.

Does it hurt to get tattooed?

KANWALLLL. Yes. My latest one (the one furthest down my arm) almost made me tear up in a few places. Like when he went right over my elbow and my inner arm, like the place you'd get blood taken from. TEAR:((

Awesome. :).
I especially love the nautical sleeve, I have the same sorta fascination with the whole sea/ships/captains/sinking thing.

Hi. I enjoyed looking at your tattoos. I've got a few. I have the name of an ex on my wrist, a swallow on my left arm which is a replica of my late grandfather's and some Shakespeare just under my collar bone which is just an homage to him really but also an inspiration for me.
